I really need to see this in person I've been eyeing it for awhile and not moved on it at all. Congrats!

I saw the 36mm in RG / diamond bezel and different colored dial, and that's all I need to see and know that I had to have it. Again, I hate buying watches based on photos because I've been letdown so many times in the past, but this is the 1st time doing that and being absolutely stunned. It was even better than I expected.

The other AE owners on TRF (and those that have seen it in person) helped me make the jump with all of the glowing reviews.

FYI, Chopard has a 1.5 link for the AE, just in case you can't size it perfect there is a solution.
That's good to know- I have been on the fence partly because of this.

Haha, thanks! Just the boys' soccer games and Easter egg hunts.

We do have an Alaskan cruise next month though...still debating on what to take with me; not sure if I want to be hiking around with this thing or if I want to take more than one watch Things are getting crazy out there...

Thanks Ben - the shots of your AE helped sway me!

The fact that you have ROs and other top-tier watches and still found a place for the AE was huge as well. That's very telling of just how high quality this watch is, in my opinion.

Got it properly sized, so one more pic for today. The way this thing shines is amazing, and this isn't in direct sunlight. My in-laws are in town and my mother-in-law was like "is that platinum?".

Congratulations! This is truly stunning and a breath of fresh air amongst the integrated bracelet brigade - and certainly one of the best outside the 5711/15550 hype train. How is it keeping time?
