My Profile doesn't allow me to set up a signature...my investigation in FAQ leads me to believe that the account wasn't set up to allow to do so...can someone please lend some support? Thanks in advance...

I have attempted to send private messages to people that I believe are moderators..as well as others who had posted the same issue...but then posted that they found and resoolved the issue...I send the private messages..and when I go look at the private message area...it shows I have zero sent.....frustrating....

I'm in the IT industry...but I'm not finding this entirely intuitive....
