No, my local Patek Service Center in Munich. Had gotten the watch w unknown service history years earlier and had it serviced as well at the time.

NY Patek will have it back to new condition in less than 2 months. I did send my Aqua at the time for some bezel issues and it took 1 month.
You could also give it 2-3 weeks for this event to sink in, and then decide
good luck

Thanks Jorge. I’m giving it time, knowing I have a few options if it bothers me that much.

Why not explore what it would take to repair it and make a decision based on what you are told. During your research also wear the watch and see if you can live with it. In the end make the decision that works for you.

I took a few pictures today and since it is where it is, I never see it, it. Not to mention it’s pretty imperceptible. These are two of the same pics, one is obviously highlighted where it is, so you can make it out, and obviously both are very enlarged.

Big dent by myself happened week 2 of my ownership right with my own office door.

I was very upset for a while but it also allows me to feel comfortable to wear this everywhere I go and travel. Have not look back since. Great watch now with more story to tell!

Ok..so I’m not alone...lol
Seriously...sorry to see, and you’re right! I’ve worn for a couple days since, it’s barely noticeable, and like you said..it’s definitely mine with my own story/wear and tear. Leaning towards just enjoying even more now that it’s “broke in”, and peace of mine knowing, if it really bugs me..just get it fixed.
