Hello everyone

I am planning to buy a watch from http://www.swissluxury.com and i was wondering if anyone has already heard or bought anything from it.

I believe they are reputable but have never purchased/dealt with them personally... Try doing an advanced search and you should find some threads.

Here is a thought, why not try the FOR SALE section here and buy from one of the reputable sellers here on TRF... You can certainly beat swiss luxury prices too. The TRF sellers are great and I have bought several watches from a couple of them, PM me for more details if your interested

I purchased my first rolex from swissluxury.com back in march of this year. I bought a S/S sub. I dealt with the owner directly via phone and he was a great guy. I had my watch Fed-ex'd to me in two days. I would definatly make another purchase from them again. They also e-mailed me an itemized receipt with the retail value of the watch so i could insure it.

I second that buy from one of our many trusted dealers - better prices, faster shipping and a worry free transaction :)

You'll probably get a price as least as good from a trusted seller here, plus you'll get the Rolex 2 year warantee with your name on the warantee card. From these guys and other internet sellers, you'll get a warantee from the internet seller.

What you guys are forgetting is that the OP is Euro based; and that any discount he might get from you most likely will get gobbled up by customs in Portugal.

Make sure you deal only with the owner - Darryl. He's very responsive.

I've purchased from them. Very satisfied. I did get the warranty card with a date and the AD stamp. The rest was blank for me to fill in myself. As said earlier deal with Darryl.

Hmmm, I stand corrected. Here's what their site says about warantees:

Warranty:
All watches purchased from us come with a full coverage 3-year warranty protection plan from our firm, SwissLuxury.Com. We provide authorized dealer stamped warranty cards with your purchase. However, because we are not a manufacturer authorized dealer/distributor for the timepieces we sell, the manufacturer may choose not to honor the original warranty. All watches are subject to prior sale. Damage caused by water, moisture, or impact are not covered by the warranty.

I don't like the part about prior sale though.

Thank you all for the feedback! It helped a lot!!

By the way, the 2 year warranty that comes with the watch is worldwide?

I mean, as it comes from the USA, if anything goes wrong with the watch ( i hope not ) i will be able to fix it in Portugal without any problem right?

Sorry for so many questions, but i am still the rookie around here

Swiss Luxury IS legit. Deal with Darryl, the owner. The warranty is by them, Swiss Luxury, so if you have any problems, you would need to send it back to them, NOT Rolex, but I doubt you would have any problems. I've purchased two Rolexes from Darryl with absolutley NO problems, but you will find better deals from the trusted sellers here!

And they'll be BNIB/unworn when purchased from a TS or AD.

Yeah.. me neither!! Didnt even completely understand what does that mean..

And if they provide authorized dealer stamped warranty card, why cant i deal directly with the brand, after buying the watch? Doesnt make that much sence

I agree. How would Rolex know that you didn't purchase this from an AD if it has an AD stamp on it?...Unless they track serial numbers of watches that ADs unload to the gray market - but how would they know that as well, unless Rolex themselves were doing it.

Yea you should maybe try elsewhere, for a online dealer their prices are pretty high.

I have the exact same opinion. I have bought 2 watches from Daryl and had no problem whatsoever. But now that I spend more time on this website I see that the pricing from the trusted sellers is better.

Buy here after due diligence... Better bang for the buck since the overhead is so low.

Doesn't seem like there will be much room for competitive pricing with the 2010 Subs ......no?

Darryl is awesome, have dealt with him for over 15 years.
He can deliver face to face in Southern California through one of his partners.
Great prices on Rolex and Breitlings.
