Greetings!

Hey folks,

I just recently found this great forum and wanted to say hello from Maryland to everyone here. I've already learned a lot about these wonderful watches.

My wife conjured up a TT Sub from her trip to the Caribbean and presented same to me last night! I've wanted one --- well, for just about forever I guess!

The thing is a beauty - I opened the box and got that glazed-over look like Samuel Jackson and John Travolta did when they opened the briefcase in Pulp Fiction!

Looking forward to learning more and spending time here!

Thanks!

Hi there, welcome aboard!

Sounds like you have a great Missus!

Is the Sub black or blue?

Thanks for the warm welcome!

"We're happy!". Darn it - I get sucked into watching Pulp Fiction every time it comes on cable (and Slapshot too Dman - it's the quintessential Newman movie ).

Yeah the wife is pretty wonderful. When she asked about the Sub TT I told it was a good price and left it at that - I really wasn't expecting it. I guess she's pretty much done shopping for our anniversary that's coming up. I better out-do myself this year!

It's blue. I really liked the black TT as well, but I've had a black Seamaster for the past 15 years so I need a change - LOL. The green (LV?) is really nice too - heck they all are nice. I'll get some pics up soonest. The kids already think I'm a little nutty for taking pictures of guitars!

Again thanks to all that welcomed me. I belong to several other forums and have yet to see the kind of reception you folks provide new members.
