90 all the way. The 120 hits pretty hard so difficult to enjoy for the long haul.

Drinking in some history! I just completed brewing and packaging an original Barclay Perkins Lager recipe from 1915. A great full-bodied lager at 5.1% ABV with a nice dry finish and smooth, caramel and malt notes throughout.

Great Beer!

A staple of stouts. First time for me strangely ... it’s pretty damn good.

I’d say letting this RIS sit for 4 years is about perfect. Incredibly tasty.

After a certain amount of years, beer is just beer. I know what i don't like but aside from that i really don't have a preference.

Im sorry to hear that. Beer has never been better than it is right now. Maybe grab a mixed bag of beers you've never had before and see where that takes you.

Likewise! We try to get down there every chance we get. Bellwoods is pretty much all we’ve been drinking for the past year or so... their entire lineup is fantastic. Don’t think I’ve been disappointed with any of their releases. Have you tried Witchshark ? Another huge double ipa.

Also, I recommend heading to the Blood Brothers brewpub and Left Field- both are fantastic in their own right.

Had brunch yesterday at the Goose Island Brewery in Philly. They have a barrel aged version of that stout that is aged in Islay barrels. It was remarkable.

I love Wiseacre Brewing! We are lucky to have access to lots of great beer brewed right here in Tennessee. I also recommend Bearded Iris!
