Dunhill Fountain Pens

I'm thinking about purchasing a Dunhill FP. Does anyone have any information on this company or experience with their products???

As many years as I have collected FPs I have never heard anyone discuss the Dunhill pens.

Good luck on your quest. I can't imagine them being of a 2nd rate quality.

The only Dunhill experience I have is with this. It keeps pretty good time.

I don't want to get technical, but according to chemistry alcohol IS a solution!

I have a carbon fiber Dunhill Sentryman. I love the look and feel of the pen. It's fairly heavy, but balanced when writing while uncapped. Initially, the pen skipped and didn't produce a consistent line. I ended up having to send it back to Dunhill for an adjustment. Pen now writes well...w/ Pelikan blue ink. I have a med nib. Dunhills seem to be on the pricey side, but decent discounts are available if you shop. Next to my Omas Paragon (new style) and Visconti Black Divina, it's one of my favorite FPs.

Good luck

I had the regular black resin Sentryman.
Very good pen but for the money I rather get a Montblanc.
