Thank You Rolliworks

Felt these guys (and gals) at Rolliworks needed their own thread...

Got my Jubilee back and want to give them a positive thumbs up.

Both the quality of work and their customer service is excellent. Price and turnaround time is very reasonable (and internationally competitive).

I'm a satisfied customer and would recommend them for your bracelet repairs.

They seem to have returned it from about 70% to 90%

The intention was to restore the pins before the links start to get worn.

From the many posts where they show their work, I knew they had to be doing some good quality work. Glad to see that is the case! Excellent post.

They have my TT Jubilee right now as well, and I would venture to say I am at about 70% too, or worse... I am looking forward to getting some positive results back from them!

Thank You Rolliworks

It’s great to have someone in the US doing this much needed service, for the longest time it was Michael Young in China or nothing. By the looks of this bracelet in this post I wouldn’t hesitate to use Rolliworks.

Thank You Rolliworks

I want to also give a huge Kudos and shoutout to Mike.

I’ve purchased several bracelets from Mike in the past years through his Sand Hill Watch Co., and he always went the extra mile to take care of me and give freely of his time. I recently sent him a vintage folded link bracelet with misbehaving clasp and he once again exceeded my expectations and the work was spectacular.

We are all lucky to have him as a resource on this forum, and as a go to guy in the US for bracelet repair and related services.
Cheers!

Fully agree and obviously Rolliworks doesn't just do bracelets. I have had a 78360 done with a great outcome, have two more being worked now (a 93150 and a D Llink 50 with 62510 clasp).

But I've also had my 5513 serviced with Mike and have a few other projects in the works with him now too!

Great communication and great work.

Many thanks to Mike and crew for restoring my 20 year old oyster to as new
condition for less than a third of the price to replace. I love that my old bracelet didn’t have to go on the scrap pile at Rolex. Start to finish the work and
customer service are first rate. Such a valuable resource for all of us

I reached out to Mike today for some work on my BLNR. I have to say I was very impressed by his customer service skills. I will be sending my BLNR in for some case work and a polish. I have a big ding on one lug. From the look of the work on this forum, it looks outstanding.

Amazing Job From Rolliworks , kudos guys

Received my watch from @Rolliwork this week and I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they done ! Mike is great communicate with and you can tell he has been in the business for a while, great customer service !
I had a bit of stretch on my Oyster, they took the bracelet from a 80-85% to a 95% , feels like a new bracelet, sturdy in all the right places so it sits perfectly on your wrist.
Well done guys !

Thank You Rolliworks

Does anyone know if they’ve started doing case refinishing/milling yet?
