History

I’m proud to offer this stunning OMEGA Speedmaster Professional reference 145.022 with estimated production date of 1976. This Speedy is fitted with a swiss made OMEGA Caliber 861 movement with 17 jewels. The case is in good condition, with minor signs of wear. The case is still sharp with all original pushers, crown, hands and bezel. The bracelet is a 1171 model with 633 end links and is in good condition with moderate stretch. Based on the movement serial number engraving, bracelet stamp, dial and caseback design, we consider this piece to be the 145.022 - 1976 reference.

Why we think this one’s cool

This might be one of the best designed chronographs ever made! Here at Crowned Koi we love a watch that shows its age and character and this Speedmaster does all of that. These Speedies are getting harder to find in all original state. This 145.022 is one of the cleaner models we have seen. No paint chips or missing lume on the hands and there is a great warm hue on the dial markers and hands that just make this Speedy POP!
