It’s all about the dial, 116610LV has my vote.

I just can't get over those lugs and the slim lug width. I love the green dial, but I'd prefer a black dial with a green bezel and traditional Rolex proportions over the Hulk. If they reintroduce the green dial sub with the new case design, it would be awesome. They would also need to match the green on the bezel with the green on the dial for it to be perfect.

Over time I've grown to adore the Hulk, it's spectacular in person. I don't find it particularly difficult to style either, don't mind the color pop with the neutrals I primarily wear.

Both are cool!
Hulk went from dud to stud. For that reason, I’d probably pick the Hulk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Hulk, because NO ONE makes a green dial like that.

The black dial with green bezel is more appealing to me. Dont really care which is more desirable or collectible

Strange reason. So you would buy it because other people now like it?

Depends on your collection, in my opinion. If you have black dials primarily, and no gold, I would get the 116610LV, it adds some bling and interest to your collection. If you have some bling already, I would go with the new sub with green bezel and black dial.

Hulk is the easy choice.
Forgot my reason. The reason is the green is shocking and really pops. I ended up selling mine because I didn’t like the chunky lugs. I much prefer the lugs on the GMT. |

For me the new 2023 Starbucks MK2 All-Day. Not only is the new green stunning but also the watch itself has the slimmer lugs and fits much nicer.

Starbucks, by a mile. The Hulk is just too much green.

If I had to pick, it would be the 116 LV.
But I’ve owned both 116 and 126 and have decided neither are for me. 116 LV has the infamous poor proportions, and the 126 LV has a boring dial and is just a bit too big and chunky for my tastes these days. The OG 16610 LV is the best of the Sub LVs but I am not sure I like it enough to own. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

For me always the black dial. The green dial is too light neon green. Also the black dial is a big reason I love Rolex. If they made a darker flat green dial to match the bezel, that would be better. The OP Green Dial is way better than the hulk dial in my opinion. Imagine the 41 sub with a bezel to match that green dial, would be something special!

Starbucks without any hesitation. Preferably 126610LV mk2.
I don't like the sunburst dial and the proportions of the Hulk. |

Hulk. Even the nickname perfectly fits the watch. Unique Submariner that would never be matched by any modern steel Rolex model in the future. Future collectable for sure.
