Is is possible they have more SS models in Russia? I’m heading to Saint Pete in about 3 weeks

Big congrats! The white dial is really amazing in-person.

I unfortunately passed on one awhile, but solely due to fit/wrist presence.

Surprised to hear RSC will swap the dial out on these. Surprised more people haven't gone ahead and purchased white/black dial SS models just to swap it out for blue after the fact (given how limited blue inventory is).

Thank you all very much! I'm still over the moon about this piece. My favorite I've purchased so far.

Which SS model are you after? I'll let you know if I saw it and which store.

I agree! I always heard the RSC can swap them if the dials share the same watch reference number. They also informed me that Sky D dials would need to be ordered from Switzerland, and it would take around 12 weeks.

Although, I think most would prefer to not have their new watch go under the knife so quickly.

Only GMT II I saw while there was the two tone 116713LN. Unfortunately, this was the piece they wanted to bundle. Otherwise I would've picked it up for my father. Hulk is nonexistent (especially for tourists).

The white dial is a 10/10.

Enjoy.

Excellent story and many congrats!

Just picked one up myself this week (after debating to trade my SS Daytona for a Blue Sky-D, I ended up adding a White Sky-D with no trade). It an amazing caliber beating within the reference and I can't wait for the changeover from June to July! Last night I heard the date change from 28 to 29 and it made a nice crisp click so pleasing to my ears.

I too called RSC but in NYC about a future dial swap should I have an itch. They told me I could for the black dial, but not for the blue dial. The rep told me that it's not that they wouldn't entertain a blue dial swap in the future, just not allowed right now. I always find their customer service top notch and friendly btw.

Those waiting on the blue dial are going to be sorely disappointed in the legibility. The white/off whiter/silver is by far the best of the bunch, and I've had them all.

Congrats.

When was this? They provided me with a quote to swap to a black when I inquired. The rep on the phone even spoke with the tech before calling me to confirm.

I dropped off my DJ41 earlier today in person for warranty work. I’ll ask them again once I pick it up.

Congrats! You really can’t go wrong with any of the dial colors. They’re all fantastic. I have the black dial but I wouldn’t hesitate to rock white in a second!
