A question for you.....
Hi All....OK I know this is very much a subjective question but....
I am thinking of buying a 1954 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Bombe in 14ct. It is being sold from a very reputable dealer & it has been fully restored & serviced & comes without papers (not unusual for a watch this age) replacement high quality strap & inner & outer Rolex presentation box. It looks A1 I have to say....so, my question is, what do you guys think is a fair albeit "ball park" price for this watch? Kindest regards, Stuart |

You've got to post some pics to get responses, these dials are often refinished... The older you go, the more potential for replaced parts... There's a wide range of values for this reference...

‘Fully restored’ and ‘looks A1’ set some red flags. Please post good high resolution pics to see the condition and originality. Keep hands clear of any text on the dial.
