ALSO just announced....AP Diver being discontinued also

NYC and Bal Harbor boutiques confirmed that in addition to the 26331 being discontinued, the current AP Diver is also being discontinued effective 31 December 2019. They said it will probably get a replacement but no news on that other than the current Diver being discontinued.

Wonder if this will affect current Diver values. I want one but not willing to pay 15k second hand.

Is 15k supposed to be a bad price for second hand? Seems pretty reasonable to me?

I don't know how easy the divers are to get, but maybe they are just trying to push out inventory?

As I posted in the ROC thread, I was in the LA Boutique yesterday and was told the same thing. The SA mentioned it because I was wearing mine, said I was lucky to have picked one up already. Not sure what it means for value.

So it seems the info of the roc being discontinued has more weight now.

For a newer Diver 15710 with display caseback, 15K seems pretty good to me. I ultimately found one new for less than MSRP but did find some really good used ones in the 15-16500 range.

Curious what they will go with for the new design

Don't think this will affect values as much. Ultimately, what AP is going to do is stick to the exact same design, witha few minor detailed changes and swap in the new line of movements. But, I don't think we're going to see anything majorly changing

I agree. I got mine (Clear caseback) in the grey market for $16.5k. Came right from APSC

Banned member talking out of his a$$. Take a look at the others who amplified this nonsense and keep in mind when they made new predictions in the future.

I forgot all about this knucklehead. Clearly was on top of it with his sources.
