It's not bad, prefer the GMT on a bracelet though

Not bad but I think black would look better.

I'm with the majority - not really working. I think its the heft of the strap and the white stitching. I would stick with the bracelet too - but if you want to try a strap, you should consider one that tapers in a little and is less busy i.e. with a side stitch i.e.
It took me a while to understand straps - trial and error |

I have a 16750 and prefer straps without any visible stitching. A nice black or aged brown leather strap will be great on that watch. |

I think it's a nice strap, although personally I prefer NATO (even leather) on Rolex sports-watches, if you're not going with the bracelet. I think in this case the photos\flash don't help. Also looks like you're wearing it too loose. Tighten it up so it fits, and it will look better, IMHO.

Just not happening for me. Just my opinion only. If it sings to you go for it! Enjoy!

Mine is from Hodinkee. I'm pretty sure Jed sells very similar ones for a better price.

Your GF has good taste....
Nothing like the original bracelet. But whatever floats your boat....it's your watch. Personally I never understood these strapsI've tried them and not for me
