Fully Wound: How Long? How Much Reserve?

How long will it take to fully wind a Rolex such as my Ladies DateJust 69173? How much reserve does the watch have when fully wound?

Thanks...

A man's movement takes 40 turns to fully wind and gives a 48 hour reserve.

I am not sure about the woman's version.

I think I can safely say 40 turns should do it. Thanks for both replies.
