White Gold 3919-G hold value?
I understand no one has crystal ball, but how well do you think a White Gold with Hobnail Bezel and seconds hand Calatrava 3919-G will hold its value in future?
They can still be had for slightly under $10k, since they are not produced anymore, will prices continue to rise or doubtful? I want one in future since I really really like it, but if prices are pretty sure to rise I may just pick up now as they are not produced anymore. Chuck |

No matter which model, Patek Philippe watches do tend to hold their value rather well and prices do raise when a model gets discontinued. However, the raise is usually much more drastic when it comes to a watch from the Complications or Grandes Complications lines than a Calatrava, therefore I wouldn't panic too much (although you may want to look for the prices every now and then and see if this one is an exception to the rule, one never knows).
The 3919g is a fabulous timepiece and the details on the case are beautiful, I wish you to find a good model soon and at a good price!

If you're able to pick up one now, why wait. Just go for so you can spend your time enjoying it rather than worrying about a price raise or not.
