Datejust 16030 question

Noticed that to change time and date crown is turned counterclockwise. Is this normal? Thank you

Depends on the movement...

typically a Rolex crown must be turned clockwise and the hands move clockwise..

2 exceptions are the 3000 and the 3035 movement...

Your DJ should have the 3035 movement and turn CCW to move the hands CW...

Funny, I noticed the same thing when I sold my 16220 for a 16030. Feels wierd to turn it backwards to move time forward, and vice versa.
