It's clearly a fake as he thinks its real because he bought it from a reputable jeweller. I'm trying to help him out, but is there something else I can direct him to do/see to get his money back?

This is the cheap replica... but it is scary how good replicas you can find...

They manage to make a very very good replica of the ceramic diver...

I'm just helping out actually, which forums and internet citizens usually do.

I'm not here to call anyone out, but to enjoy the hobby. I'd want someone to tell me if my recent purchase was legit. But I only trust the boutiques.

Anyways.. Looks like the poster took it down.
