Looking at 1601 with diamond bezel...aftermarket?
I read the excellent write-up by crowncollection in the watch tech section regarding diamond bezels, but I'm still not 100% about this one. I'm pretty sure it's aftermarket.
It's hard to count the diamonds or see the settings clearly in the pics I have. I can see the inner rim of the bezel (nearest the crystal) is beaded. What do y'all think...genuine or aftermarket?     Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yep, aftermarket. So bad one of the diamonds @ 3 o'clock couldn't take it anymore, and abandoned ship.

And maybe it's just the pic, but pic #1 it look like there is a pretty good ding in the rim near 12 o'clock. I'd want a pressure test done first!
