Does not seem to be the correct country code of Malaysia where the AD is located? Although the location of country code 430 is close so I'm not sure

The numbers do look bigger than other ones i have seen too

430 is Singapore & Brunei

Singapore is mighty close to Malaysia
Country code for Malaysia is 431?

This.

Looks like a 15233 with a bunch of aftermarket parts slapped on/in it (dial, crystal, bracelet end-links, etc.).

The date-disc is suspect as well, but it may just be the date window of the aftermarket dial that is skewing things.

The aftermarket bracelet end-links makes the entire bracelet suspect, IMO.

OP: If possible, post pics of the inner/outer bracelet clasp, and backside of the bracelet links where they to the watch head.

i can confirm that Woo Hing is a legitimate Rolex dealer in Malaysia.. now located in Penang and used to be in KL... the dealer code from Singapore was commonly used in malaysia years ago... so id say the paperwork is legit
