Identification of Rolex model

New poster, hoping someone can identify this watch

Ladies small gold quartz, movement has 6653M in gold letters. Gold face with bar line hour markers Rolex Geneve Quartz.

I will try to upload a photo but perhaps someone might know if the movement number sounds genuine?

Thanks

Fake. What's the case even supposed to be, semi-two-tone?

I think the first clue would've been the previous owner not bothering to come back for her "Rolex."

I think the cupboard might be a fake too

Horrible, horrible, cheap nasty fake, throw it in the bin, or preferably on the bonfire, put it out of its misery.
