Hello and advice please on Rolex Speedking 4220

This is my first post and I wanted to say hello and ask some advice. I'd welcome a view on this Speedking 4220 from the early forties. From my reading here on the forum and elsewhere I wondered if it's pretty original save perhaps for some retouching of numerals and letters on the dial, but more expert opinions would be very welcome to see if I've learned anything from following this forum for a while!

Not an expert by any means but I like the 1940s speedkings. They can be had cheap any many from that time frame were used in ww2. Mine has same hand set different dial and was worn by a US Navy carrier pilot in the Pacific.
