Hello,
Looking to buy a GIA certified loose diamond, 2.5-3CT, color H or better, excellent cut, SI1+, no Florescence...my watch collecting got me in trouble and now expectations are set high on the ring lol.

I have a setting picked out which i can have made locally, but having a hard time sourcing a diamond at a good price.

Some dealers in NYC diamond district suggested trying to find a preowned, but otherwise they said its impossible for under 20k.

Anybody trying to move something quickly? :)

if based in NYC would be better. Can pay in Cash.
