Hello all
Joined a couple of months ago but only just got round to introducing myself..... How rude of me... Apologies...
I'm Kel, from Lincolnshire and I'm a rolex-a-holic... I thought I had over come the compulsive urge to give large sums of money to my local AD as I hadn't purchased a new watch since 2007.... I was doing soooo well.... Although I did slip slightly with a secondhand bargain last year. Then, on Saturday, it all went wrong. When walking in town, I found myself inside the shop...The shop I try sooo hard to avoid. It was a hot day and the aircon was soooo refreshing, I felt trapped... The dealer, who I'm sure is the devil himself said... "Have you seen this?"... I tried not to look... I tried to run... He placed on the counter a shiny new stainless daytona, the one with the white face, the one I always wanted, the one I thought I would never see except for those on fleabay and other internet places with inflated prices....... There it was... I'm sure it said... "Buy me.... You know you want to?" It was like being possessed, I couldn't controll myself... I tried to resist, honestly... I'm so ashamed.... |
