Well sometimes I feel like I want the black dial! It is hard to pick among all the color combos.

My SMP White Dial!
The bracelet is chunky and definitely adds weight to the watch, but it wears good. I prefer the oyster bracelet and taper that it has, but as others have said the 300m bracelet is still nice. The micro adjustment feature is super nice as well.
Having said that, I prefer this watch on the rubber strap. I just think the rubber goes perfectly with this watch and makes it sportier and more comfortable. JMO.

This helps with my decision, thanks. I too like the taper that oyster ss bracelets offer. I know if I got a bracelet for mine I’d like it enough, but much prefer the rubber. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I would just get both probably. They are not that much different in price. I got the bracelet and bought the rubber strap separate for $300, which is a lot for a strap but it is worth it imo.

Amazing watch with white dial! I’m seriously considering to get one but I read it has 50mm lug to lug and 42mm diameter and I’m wondering if it will be too large for my 17cm wrist.
What do you guys think ? |

My wrist is 6.75”...I think that’s pretty close. Look at my pics to see how it wears, but to answer, no, I don’t think it’d be too large. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Congrats on your SMP. I was ready to write Omega off after buying and selling my first, a Seamaster 300mc. It just didn't work and was a dissapointment for me and not being a chrono fan the Speedy was never on my radar. Then I tried on and loved the Planet Ocean and a slightly older SMP Bond version, which I now own both and find the SMP bracelet very pleasing to look at as well. I do own some Rolex including Subs but they have nothing on Omegas now for me. I'm also looking more at Aqua Terras to possibly replace my Datejust and keep looking at another SMP white like yours. Anyway this is your incoming not my thread but just had to say I'm happy to rediscover the brand. Enjoy your new Beauty in good health!!...

Awesome! Interestingly, I am also considering that particular red/white/blue strap (and also the version of it with the white edges — I look forward to your pics Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Congrats! It truly is stunning in the white dial version. I picked mine up a few months back and went with the black dial/bracelet version. After i month i bought the strap from the Omega boutique on Bond Street(after being told by my own AD they were 'hard to acquire'!)and it has barely come off my wrist. Omega really smashed it with this one! I hope you enjoy it very much

Tried on the bracelet and rubber one today loved both, ended up buying it on the bracelet and ordered up the omega black rubber strap as well. AD reckons two weeks and she will have the rubber strap in.
Very happy with it, but my gosh the bracelet is chunky! I normally wear a 114060. But the Omega bracelet I don’t know it just works completely transforms the watch. Thanks again for putting up the pictures made me go and buy it and I love it |
