Rolex Aqua Terra blac dial/Black Strap vs Omega Seamaster 300 Black Dial/Black Strap

Trying to narrow one of these down. Which would you pick and why?

I really like the AT's versatility and band with silver inserts, and clean silver bezel.

Have no see the Seamaster in person but I like the depth of the dial, and the touch of red

Thoughts?

Seamaster all day every day for me.
But it’s a matter of preference; both are excellent watches.
For what it’s worth, The Aqua Terra rubber with the nice insert seems to fit the Seamaster, and looks pretty sharp imo.

The AT is the better “all rounder” watch. I agree, it is stunning in black on rubber. Check out this wrist roll and video:

I recently purchased the new SMP Diver 300 on black rubber and love it. But it’s not as versatile as AT — it’s strictly a sports watch.

Here’s mine:

From the feeling I get from your post and if you want the best “one and done watch” vs. a more specialized piece for a collection (i.e. a Diver) I would recommend the AT. Please let us know which way you go (and post some pics ).
