Changed the strap to the honey croc. I think it makes the watch have a more casual look.

Did you know FPJ makes custom dial variations?
Your proposal has to be approved by Mr. Journe himself. Some things, like jade, are too delicate to work with certain settings, for example. Here's a custom lapis dial https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/un...s-just-because I would like a lilac version of this: keeping the blue hands and markers with a soft lilac mother of pearl: |

A question for the Centigraphe owners: I´ve seen a pre-owned one up for sale and the service receipt in the sales ad states 3k EUR? Is that true?
How much is the service for a Chronometre Souverain? |

I have this piece for the weekend. I'm absolutely fascinated with it!
The Black Label dial and Platinum case is just drop dead gorgeous. And that 18K movement... |

So I just recently figured out imgur, with that I thought it was time to add to this thread.
Here's one of my FPJ's, the oldest of the bunch, an early brass Resonance with the lesser seen white gold dial. 38mm platinum case. |

Ordered a CB for April/May delivery... First High Horology piece. Passed over a 5119 for it. This is my price ceiling right now. Hopefully not forever because Journe makes some insanely beautiful watches.
Pictures after it lands.

Congrats. What’s the process for a CB? Waiting list, have to be an existing client?

Congrats. This is a black hole indeed. I just got my first, a CS, and I am already about to add my second and possibly third. Slippery slope this brand!

Okay- I guess I will try and get on a waiting list. By the time my name comes around, I’ll probably be ready. Do I contact them directly? Located in Seattle, WA, US.

When I called around the US boutiques in November I was told the lists were 20-30 deep. May be even deeper now. The only AD in my country (Canada) had the gall to tell me that it was a rule set by FP Journe that I had to buy another FP Journe from them before they could sell me a CB. I told them to stuff it.
After that, I simply called up the Geneva boutique. They required a 30% deposit to be placed on the list, and gave me a March delivery date. From order to the e-mail notifying me the watch has arrived was just over 4 months. I would highly recommend going this route - the staff at the Geneva boutique are excellent and courteous and seem to have good insight into arrival times. Now I just need to figure out if I want to fly over and pick it up or have it sent over - I was told that a manufacture tour was possible if I went over to Geneva! |
