I flipped a TTR 1931. No second hand makes me wonder if this thing is on. I later bought a Duo. I like the second hand and the second face . This one is a keeper.

Enjoying this thread as I'm very close on pulling the trigger on my first Reverso!

I don’t miss having a second dial/face, but I would surely miss a seconds hand and a date.

I’m soooo close. Looking at a few that run the entire spectrum of prices but I think as my first, this is the leading candidate. Size is perfect for me (in my opinion), versatile I that the Arabic numbers sort of makes it sportier than some of the other dials so can really be dressed up or down (again, in my opinion), while
I admire some of the complications of the others I’ve tried, really like the idea of having something clean and simple. Thoughts and options please!!!

With Reversos, the important thing is to try them on the wrist as not all wrist shapes work well with the case.

I'm rather particular with Reversos as the lighter dials struggle to hold my interest for long and thickness matters to me. Which was why when the TTR was announced in 2011, I knew it was the one for me.

An old pic, sorry...I only pull a few pieces to wear at any given time and this isn't due yet.

I don't know, this is just me, but the SS really covers all the bases from jeans and a t-shirt to a suit, even a tux. I would feel uncomfortable wearing a PM when dressed down in jeans, or shorts but, again, that's just me. OTOH, if you're planning to wear it only when dressed up, the Reverso is small enough that the PM models aren't too "in your face" and are very sophisticated.

I don't own a watch in any precious metal...that's a personal choice which only you can answer. SS is fine for me.

RG is fine on a Reverso. Very discreet.

Had the chance to try this LE pc few months ago.

Tried this on as well at the boutique in Vegas. Beautiful as well. Dial was maybe a little hard to read in the harsh lights. But definitely a stunning piece.

That's the one I'd recommend and one of the two Reversos I own, albeit I have it in the smaller size. It's a versatile watch and can be worn with black tie or jeans and a polo shirt. With the two faces, it's like having two watches in one and having the quick change straps make it easy to change the look even more. Considering the Reverso is one of the first sports watches, I think steel is a prefect choice and I like this version's clean, simple, symmetrical looks, and yet it's not too simple.

I think it’s the perfect Reverso for you, perfect size, clean look, and versatile. I too went SS and simple, very glad I did ! The SS is very versatile for many occasions.

Great thread. I’m on the hunt for my first Reverso as well. In a perfect world they wold still make one with A black face, and lumed Arabic numerals. I’ve seen a few duoface models with amazing black dials but I am leaning toward something I can engrave in the reverse side.

Im wanting a watch that I can dress down with a suede or light ostrich strap. A few pics that aren’t mine but are pre owned in the spirit of what I’d like

And I’d buy this one tomorrow if it had a steel back. I love this face.

Then this one keeps coming up but How am I going to find a suitable strap for it

Steel backed Reversos are around in certain sizes, but black dial is something I’ve only seen on duo models. Others may have more knowledge than I !

I think a strap could be made, but it would take a commitment in researching the best place to have it done and it could be pricey. I've had the same thought.

I love the reverso.
There are just so many beautiful references, I find it exceedingly difficult to pick just one.
