Swiss Crown?
Anyone ever had experience buying watches through Swiss Crown? It seems like they are a supplier for jewelry stores to sell used Rolexes.
I was in a non Rolex jeweler today, (reputable regional chain who does have Breitling and some other Swiss lines). They also are a Rolex AD in other parts of the state. In a "Discount" case they had two 5 digit subs, a couple Datejusts and an older SS YM. I looked at the YM which was highly over polished and clearly had a non Rolex cyclops. They actually disclosed on the paperwork that the crystal was non Rolex too. Same with a DJ that had a ruby red dial with diamond indices. Also marked non Rolex. Not that I would but these frankenwatches but I was just curious if anyone had heard of these guys as apparently my local jeweler plans to bring more used Rolex's in. Thoughts?
