1570 hairspring or Balance Complete

I am looking to buy a hairspring for a 1570 or a balance complete. I bought a watch that, unfortunately, is running fast by about an hour a day. I took it to my watchmaker and he said someone must have shortened or put in the wrong hairspring and he could not, after trying really hard, make it keep time. He said I need a new hairspring or a balance complete. Does anyone have something like that?
