Show me your No-Date Sub on Rubber
As the title says, show me your no-date Subs (or 5-digit Sea Dweller) on rubber straps (preferably curved end straps). I have never been a fan of ANY metal bracelet on any brand I've owned, so all of my watches end up on rubber. I also think the contrast of the watch head and strap show off the watch dimensions more. I'm going to put my new-to-me 14060M on a fitted rubber strap, but would like to see what y'all are wearing.

No fitted, but this tropic strap is similar to those supplied by official Rolex dealers back in the 1960s and possibly 1970s.

Agree. I always like the look of a Sub on a rubber strap. Not the pic you requested, but here is my Bluesy on a Rubber B. I much prefer it this way.

I just ordered a fitted brown tropic strap from San Martin (I know, I know
.), and will try to dress the Sub up a bit for a more formal look (maybe resembling a leather strap look) with a dress shirt. Will post pics when the swap is done.

Thank you.
I've just bought a pair of Steel Reef QD end links and a fold out half link so that I can get a better bracelet fit, although the strap has worked out better than I was expecting. |
