Hi all,
Recently I am hearing a lot of frauds n scams, so I thought of sharing one.
BEWARE BEWARE of the person named Christopher Taylen. This person tried to scam me with fake money orders issued by Moneygram
He agreed to buy my SS Daytona and I sent him my bank wire details.
Instead of Bank Wire he deposited MoneyGram Money orders in my account and the bank put a hold on my account in which he made the deposit. My balance became -$10,500 and finally bank told me that the MO's were fake and the bank also did shut down my account
Thank god that this all happened before I shipped the watch and I was saved from being ripped.

He said that he is a CPA. When I contacted him that why did he do this all, he just text message me a "." and never picked my phone or replied to my e-mail.

Thanks for sharing mate. Can this be reported to the authorities? This looks like wire fraud. Shouldn't it be a FBI matter?

yes it is a wire fraud and can be reported to authorities.

Hi Ashutosh,

Reading your dilema with the scammer, I strongly recommend you to contact your local FBI office with all pertinent info...and nail the MOFO.. !!!

Thanks for your kind words Richard!!! Luckily the bank detected the very next day of the day of deposit that the MOs were not legit.
