I have a question, how do you guys take this specific type of picture? Seriously.

When I try it, it is hard to fit my phone between my stomach and arm, and put the legs and feet in there too.

My stomach isn’t huge either, so I’m confused

Is there a trick for taking this specific type of photo?

Try more!
Otherwise I’m pretty sure there are YouTube tutorials on this!

Hold your phone higher with autofocus on. Use a side button to snap the pic.

1016 till 1989
14270 till 1999
114170 till 2005 ?

when did the 39mm start ? I'm after a 36mm, can't afford the 1016

Thanks Chris

2010 was the first 214270.

They each have their charm...depends on wrist size

I'm most interested in either the 14270 or the later 114270 is the difference just a different movement ?

Thanks Chris

Hey Chris

I wouldn’t discount the 214270 MK2 with full lume. The most recent modem Explorer is considered to be a fabulous piece (I certainly love it). I had the 5 digit at first and upgraded to this. Newer mvt and the lume, bracelet, etc are spectacular. Don’t count it out!

Jeremy

I just got my Explorer l 1016 back from service. Serial # places it made in 79. Looks great but can't post pics yet.

Would any of you fine folks be willing to post pics of your Explorer I on your wrist if you happen to be wearing a suit? The watch is on my short list as a day-to-day wearer in the office, where I'm sometimes "business casual" but also sometimes in a suit. I'd love to see how the watch looks with a suit, especially the all-brushed bracelet. Thanks!!

This isn’t the best photo, and is certainly not in an office environment (ha!), but here you go
