Incoming : 5212
Was an unexpected purchase as the first watch in 2024 but my AD did it and delivered.
A watch that was my first choice to have as a first patek but my 5226g arrived first which was the reason for me to seek 5212 and patek even more ! Loved it. Such a versatile watch and accepts any type of straps with an amazing clou de Paris engraving that reflects lights like crazy ! 6 months later I get the call for the first patek complication in the collection. 5212 weekly calendar The opaline dial is one of the reasons i was seeking for this watch along side the simpson font ! And i strongly believe that a patek complication at this price point is a steel ! Congrats!! just a question - How does the 5212 feeling on the wrist vs your 5226g? I have tried on a few times and always thought it was too “light”, doesn’t really give the premium feel vs like a white gold piece.yet it doesn’t have too much of water resistant to be “sporty”
Anyone feel 5212 is too light? |
