Tudor ETA 2824-2 QUESTION

Question on when my watch has been sitting and wound down. After a manual wind to get it going the watch run fast like 5 minutes fast in a hour then I reset the time sometimes twice and then it keeps great time + 4 for a week or more? Im winding 30 times any thoughts?

Wind it less, like 20x.
I'm guessing the slipping mechanism in the barrel doesn't have proper lubrication anymore, causing the mainspring to tighten too much in fully wound position, incl the winding from the movement of your wrist. This will cause the watch to speed up. If you wind it less, you shouldn't have the problem of an overwound mainspring. Regardless, your watch is due for a service and possibly a new barrel.
