I also dislike that they now make yet another model bigger..
-New YM
-Explorer
-SD43

40mm is where it’s at

Oh well

I gave it a '3'. The jubilee bracelet for the GMT BLNR is no big deal, it's basically a Pepsi with a different coloured bezel (not exactly show-stopping) Then we have the new Yachtmaster, I like it and this range needs to be significantly different to provide some clear separation from the Submariner and GMT watches and this larger size provides that but to launch just one option is very disappointing. As for the TT Seadweller, Why? The new day/date models are flashy but not my cup of tea although I can see how they might appeal to others. Overall, the 2019 releases are very underwhelming considering all the hype. You failed to impress me Rolex.

Well, I give it a ten.

Rolex doesn't need to make a watch that suits me every year.

I think it's all very interesting, especially taking the SD into new territory.

As far as Tudor goes, I really like the PO1

Gave it a 3 solely because of the larger PM Yachtmaster on Oysterflex which many will like.

Mark my word. People will be fighting over these watches in about six months, except the DJ.

Despite its popularity among the general public, the DJs a highly underrated in these parts.

I gave it a 3. I like the upgraded DJ36 and was surprised that there is only a Champagne dial available for the DD36 YG unless you go with diamonds. When spending 35K you would expect a better selection of dials.

That's because a parking spot has value and can be hard to come by.

The only thing that excites me is the BLNR on jubilee, but people have been doing that mod for a while anyway.

The WG YM 42mm is nice but I feel it’d be better with a pop of red on the dial and a roulette date wheel.

I think the real news for the BLNR is not so much the bracelet, but the new movement.

For the record, I think Rolex is doing great with its DJ lines. The new 36 makes total sense. I won't be fighting over it, because I prefer a larger size, but I respect what Rolex did here.

I also think the new BLNR is very nice. It is the one watch out of the releases this year that I could see myself wanting at some point; I would also opt for it over the SS Pepsi. I do think Rolex would be doing customers a service by offering either the Jubilee or the Oyster as an option on the SS GMTs, just as they do with the DJs. That said, I'd likely opt for the Jubilee. I think it complements the look of the watch nicely.

Hard pass for me on that YM42, and the rest of the releases are just meh, imo. No fighting by me on anything other than, maybe, the BLNR. Then again, I don't usually fight over watches. If I can't get them on my terms, I don't get them.

It sucks that they eliminated the black face/black bezel GMT2!

Opinions are like armpits... I’ll give it a 7.

Regarding the GMT II, Rolex will sell all it can make, regardless of bezel or bracelet. IMHO, the LN will be back in a few years as a 126710, but why not focus production on the GMT models for which people are paying tremendous grey market premiums, as Rolex seems to have done for 2019? This actually sounds customer friendly.

My chances of getting a call back from my AD have now skyrocketed, from, say 20% to perhaps 30% in the next 12 months. At the same time, I might see a little appreciation on the value of my under-appreciated LN.

Lets not be greedy friends, you can wait to get your Coke until I get my Batman or Pepsi. I’ll betcha a Coke and an LN come out on an Oyster in 2021!

On the Tudor front... they ought to call the Black Bay PO1 the Black Bay P.O.2. (Get it? That’s a joke son.)

Now a Black Bay 58 ‘GMT’ would have me camping out at the AD’s door.

I gave it a 3.
Looks like about 90% of voters rated it 5 or below. That should give a consensus.

I like the BLNR on jubilee, but already wear my BLNR on a superjubilee, and don't really care about the movement update. So no real motivation to get it.

I like the YM a lot, but not in WG. I think the size will work for me. No way I'm spending that much though, in SS it would have been a definite add for me.

Don't care about the rest. Nothing new and exciting to wow me.

I think this Basel was a customer friendly one! Not many over-demanded ones, not much killing waiting time!

Well this Basel was a bit above avarage. Broke the SD mold after 50 years, new movement for GMT, some new dials.

I gave it a one because that was the lowest number. If there was a negative I would have picked that.
