116200 bezel change (domed to fluted)
Hello to all! My first post on this forum and only just signed up today after years of visiting as a guest!
Have always been a fan of the datejust especially with the jubilee bracelet 😍 I understand there are three types of bezel for the datejust; domed (smooth stainless steel), fluted (white gold) and engine turned (stainless steel) Please can someone explain the process to change the bezel from domed to fluted (sourced a stainless steel aftermarket version from ebay) which the seller has seemed to sell a few of so believe it must be possible And if anyone could recommend a repair/service centre to carry out the change of the bezel it would be much appreciated : Preferably in and around London UK |

If it fits it is a very simple job for any competent watchmaker. Why didn’t you loled for a genuine WG flutted bezel?
