DSSD will you accept?
I got offered from my ad an DSSD! But kinda sad that my wrist can’t pull that off too heavy and chunky for me, better to leave it for someone who really appreciate it. Will you guys take it?

The JC was a pass for me 2 years or so ago, just too much for my wrist. Let the next guy have the thrill. Mesmerizing face.

It's too big and wobbly for my wrist. I really like the TT but I can't wear it comfortably. So I'd pass. If you want to buy and flip that's your business.

My Deep Blue DSSD yesterday. It fits fine on my 7 inch wrist and is in fact my favorite and go to Rolex!

Why would you purchase a watch that doesn't fit? If it was my decision it would be a for sure. Why not tell them what you are really looking for and take it from there?

The JC is excellent but indeed not for every wrist. However I don’t find it particularly nice in large people wrist. I myself have a very athletic build and my arms are big enough so the watch sits without the lugs peeking out.
It’s really about your build. I won’t say it’s the most beautiful Rolex however. I love it and it’s interesting, but you really need to try it before buying. |

I tried one on at the AD a few years ago and although I really loved the dial, and the diameter was not problem for my 7.5" wrist, the thickness and gigantic shear cliff sides of the case were a turn off for me. Wish they'd put that dial on the SD. That would be close to the perfect watch.

I didn't follow my own advise and let the 116660 go before getting the new one. I probably need to finally get off my a$* and go try one. Sent from my SM-G960W using Tapatalk |

Unique and amazing timepiece. How many of the “it’s too thick crowd” own or would buy a RM I wonder…

Interesting to hear all the views here. Definitely it’s a beauty of its own, by my wrist is really too small to pull that off. I hope it can go to someone who really appreciate it!

The JC DSSD is a beautiful piece! I love the way it looks! Unfortunately, my wrist could never handle one. I would have to pass if it was available at the AD. I was talking to another watch guy that used to have one. He said it was just too heavy and uncomfortable for him to wear (especially all day), so he ended up selling it.

It’s an awesome watch. I tried one on and was offered one at the AD. I was really surprised how well it fits and fits in the wrist despite the size. I would have loved to take it home but just didn’t have a place for so many watches.
I would say try it on see how you feel about it and go from there.

Great watch. If it does not fit then find something that does.

I have a rather small wrist (6.6") but I love my DSSD JC very much.
If you like the look, just try it on and see how it fits your wrist. |

I have 6.5" wrist. It was too big and heavy for me. This watch can develop rheumatism , not.

At 6.75” I’d take the black one in a heartbeat if I had the dough. It’s really not that big, practice with a Panerai for awhile.

I had the JC. Honestly this would be my one and only Rolex IF and that is a big if. They had a flat crystal and cyclops like the Sub.
I LOVE the DSSD JC color, heft, size, bracelet, it is just awesome. I just got tired of the domed crystal. |

Good that you like it, but all the wrist shots posted here look way too big to me, way too big.
When presented with the opportunity to acquire a notable piece we are all capable of rationalizing.
