While I gather that it's technically possible to order an extra bracelet for the BLNR, when I asked my AD a few weeks ago, they said something to the effect of "Rolex can't even meet regular demand for their watch orders, no way will they fulfill an order for an extra bracelet". I didn't push further, since I wasn't 100% committed to the purchase and changed the topic of conversation at that point.

Yes , in the UK it's possible. I purchased a my watch November 21 on a Oyster and got my Ad, large chain to order me a Jubilee. It was £1700 pre price rise. Rolex won't sell to you directly.
