My PAM210 arrived late yesterday!

I decided a while ago that I really liked Panerai, especially the 210. After a while of searching I came upon this forum and found a 210 which had had the hands changed to gold ones up for sale here.

At first wasn't sold on the idea but after speaking with the seller, TRF member Rulessapt I eventually warmed to them. Now that I have the watch I love them.

Richard as a seller was absolutely fantastic. I spoke to him on an off over a couple of days on the phone for easily two hours. He provided me with a crash course in Panerai ownership from straps to the history of Panerai. Richard was even kind enough as it was my first Panerai to pass on to me some extra straps.

Straps.... why do I get the feeling the word strap is about to become something continually on my mind....

Here are some pics.

Thanks Trent,
Anh yong, har say yo. It has been a pleasure to introduce you to Panerai ownership.
Your enthusiasm is welcome and I'm pleased to feel that enthusiasm.

So much so, I bought a strap for the 141 this morning, sent off an email to Bruce at watches24seven to see about another strap and then a well known member of Paneristi has offered me a 42m Radiomir strap (they're 25/20) at a fabulous price.

Strap fever, ooh, it's a wickedly addictive weakness, most of us here are afflicted.
Never ask for a cure, there's none to be found here.

Trent, enjoy your time here, if you enjoy the 210 as much as I did then you'll be a very happy camper. Wear it in good health mate.

Cheers
Richard

Congratulations, enjoy and welcome to the madness!

The 210 gold hand mod is sublime. A real looker. And very nice that it remains "part of the family". Good TRF action.

Congrats Trent

You two had me going for a bit, thought I was looking at an 021... It didn't take long to figure out why he switched them to gold...

Enjoy your 210 a la 021, sir
