Here's a few suggestions...

1. Try a different ink. Some write drier than others.
2. Try a different paper. Some are more prone to feathering and bleeding than others.
3. Buy blotting-paper or use paper-towels as blotting-paper.
4. Squeeze the tines of your nib together, pausing every now and then to uncross the tines. Test-scribble every now and then until the desired level of ink-flow has been achieved. YOU WILL get ink on your fingers when you do this, so make sure you're not going out anywhere where you need to shake hands.

Hahaha Steve... I think my OB 136 can deliver OBBB broad strokes as it's got a flexible nib :-)
Who needs a paintbrush when he has flexi nibs?

For one, the feed may be misaligned. It is off to one side. The slit can be closed by crossing the tines over each other first one way then the other. This is the only way I know of to properly do this.

Some pens also change flow during writing. Does yours get wetter as you write? If so it is the feed, not the nib, causing the problem.
