PAM 061: Sandwich dial or not?

I’ve spent well over an hour online trying to determine if the PAM 061 came with a sandwich dial or painted dial. The only pictures I can find online are painted dials and I can find no definitive description or any description at all for that matter. If anyone can help with this information I’d be grateful and also if there was a transition from one style of dial to the other I’d be grateful to know the tipping point. Thank you in advance for your consideration of this subject.

And I’m good with that, just wanted to know!

Thank you!
