Pam384 issues, advice needed

Hello all. Bought a 2018 pam384 radiomir from watchfinder late last year. After purchasing the watch ran fast and manual winding was presenting issues such as clutch slippage. Sent it back to watchfinder and they confirmed problems that required Panerai to fix. Went off to Switzerland and came back a few weeks ago with full service and appearing to run smooth. Yesterday I noticed the watch stopped running, power reserve was at 3/4 days and I had been wearing the watch. Few solid finger taps got it running again. My thoughts now linger around possible refund, watchfinder customer service has great tbh so I’m sure I could approach with that suggestion. I love the look of the watch but my whole time of ownership has presented problems with the watch. What would you guys do?

I would ask for a refund if I were in your position. You should not have to tap a luxury watch to get it to function correctly. This is especially concerning since it was serviced by Panerai.

Thanks, yeah my gut feeling is a refund, shame as the other models I like are more pricey!

Wow that is unusual. Did the boutique sell you a lemon?

I’ve just sent it all back to watch finder. It was a 2018, latest papers just indicated full service. Real shame as I loved the watch but haven’t owned it without it presenting a fault. Interesting as I posted before about the model, I went to buy another 384 prior to this one and it broke in the store whilst the sales person was winding it…. Think I’ll avoid it in the future. Anyways I should get a refund and my mind keeps going the pam979, just hope my wrist can pull it off.
