The 44mm fits my wrist, but it just didnt work with a suit in the way a 15400 would for example. Does anyone have any wrist shots of their ROO with a suit? Would the 42mm be a better option?

I am looking for something I can wear both with business casual (suit with no tie, suit with a knitted jumper during winter, etc) and on weekends and will be in rotation with a GMT Master II. Really want a ROO but need to find the right one which works

Thanks!

The 44 can look good with a suit but if it's for business just bear in mind that the watch will be visible a lot of the time when you sit down and the cuff rides up an inch or so. The 44 is going to be very visible.

Visually, cufflinks change the lines of a suit as it flares out making a larger watch not look out of place.
Many thanks. I agree with your comment on shirts with cuff links vs buttons (though, if I’m honest I don’t wear my ROOs with the intention of having them fly under the radar )

Works much better with a suit when it’s on a bracelet!

I recently wore mine and I thought it looked great. In the end it's how you wear it what matters. If you are still in doubt, watch TV, specifically a European soccer game, the coaches, many of them, wearing suits are sporting 44mm ROO. The italian team especially, or watch a Formula race, many of the team principles are wearing a suit and ROO. They look great!

Gotta say the 44 looks nicer than the YM, and I own both models. Or maybe he should his wear with cufflinks too.

Many also wear Hublots and at a glance they sometimes look like APs, as intended , but they do look good too.

The red hands match the tie, nicely done.

Do AP make ties?
