I have that model watch, didn't realize it had a quickdate thanks for posting that I'll check the book.

Mine starts seeing a shift in date at 11:20 I'd say, and slowly creeps a bit as midnight approaches. Majority travel is right at midnight when it snaps to the next day.

Anyways, I bet your watch is fine, enjoy it! I have the panda, stunning when there's a bit of light to play off the bracelet, dial, markers & hands!

Hello fellow watch lovers. Thank you all for your responses. I just contacted the Audemars Piguet Boutique that I bought it from. They said that my watch is working normally.
They mentioned that the AP Royal Oak Chronograph date should advance before midnight, usually 5-8 minutes before. Again, thank you for all your help. I hope my question can become useful for nervous first-time owners of AP Royal Oak Chronographs.

No worries, I was in Harrods a few years ago and I tried to adjust the date on a ROC and the sales lady threw her hands on the watch and pleaded with me not to touch the crown or pushers, so I presume she has seen her fair share of issues and so best to be cautious.
