Nice to know you feel the same way, thanks for chiming in

I absolutely LOVE the new Railmasters. Will definitely wait until these start to hit the secondary market, no way I'd pay full retail for one.

Very nice! I was torn between this one and the 60th, which I got. I'm planning on getting the herringbone strap for my LE. Is it 19mm?

Probably my favorite Omega. Great size at 40mm. Simple. Clean. Anyone have any idea when these will be out? I've never owned an Omega. You think there'd be any discount on these when they come out?

I'd buy one but the price is way too much.

Am I the only person who finds no attraction whatsoever to orange/tan new lume?

My Seamaster 300 really grew on me. I felt the same way but someone on online literally said if you 'love the watch' then buy it. The lume is just a color choice that's it. It's a off white/yellow cream color. So much has been said.

I’ve got to say, I’ve seen both the seamaster and railmaster 60th in my ad today. For me, a little underwhelmed and not for me. Lots of money for an omega as well (both 5000 quid plus mrsp).

To be fair, I didn’t see the speedy which by all acts is great.

Any update as to when we can expect to see these? Can we expect any discount when these first come out?

Looking forward to seeing more of these out in the world. Love the black dial and hour marker legibility. Omega’s going in the right direction in terms of design. Movement already nailed

They are beautiful but I think the LE is the winner this year.

Are these available in stores (or through grays) yet?

Found it on website: https://www.omegawatches.com/watches...ction/product/

The dark dial on fabric strap is the one I want to buy, but pricing is a little up there (39800 HKD here, equating to 5097 USD).

Don't care for any of them. Quite bland in comparison to other offerings. But hey--each to his own.

I really like the non LE Railmaster. I prefer baton hands to broad arrow hands.

I am with you! I keep going back and forth between the two, and really prefer the newer non-LE model as well. Very much looking forward to seeing this one in real life.

I do love how they have so accurately emulated the original, though, but I just find it too shiny. The all brushed look on the new one is excellent.

The fabricated retro look on the lume really suits the watch. I don't understand all the negativity about it. After all, it is only colored lume. It is possible to do lume in any color. Even ignoring the effort to look more vintage, the color does add a lot of interest to the dial, far more than white lume would IMO.

You are definitely NOT in the minority. I would love one of those brushed steel non-LE Railmasters and if inventory is any indicator, so would everyone else. You can find the LE models pretty much within an hour of calling boutiques...but these new ones are "delayed," which is Omega-speak for hype-building.

I don't know what to get next. Railmaster 2017 or an explorer 1 36mm. Like the no date clean look of the railmaster and explorer 1...

Just ordered my 2017 Railmaster and it should hopefully arrive tomorrow on my 25th birthday! Pics inbound when it arrives.
