Can Anyone Tell Me About This Speedking?

Looking for info on this Speedking. The owner suspects it's from the 1950's but is not sure. I'm no expert but from the styling of the dial, I would guess 1940's? Has leather strap. Would this have originally come with a bracelet? What do you all think the value would be on something like this in this condition? Thanks very much in advance.

1950s. 95% sure it's a refinished dial. Too small to be worn. Nice old watch, but not very collectible.
