So the buyer refuses to accept the strap and wants to return it to you anyways? If it's delivered I don't see a reason why you need to refund him the money and have him send you back the strap as that was the original arrangement you had with him.

I rather have that strap back from the guy who insulted and being rude to me for his PRECIOUS USD 170.00.

He wanted to have his precious USD 170.00 back so badly last weekend, I just want to give what he wanted and hope he will be quiet like a sleeping baby later.

I guess that it's up to him to keep it or send it back to me but I think he owes me a big apology. However, I highly doubt that he will give me one anyways.. .. I can surely guess that from his lame personality. lol

I know it is not usual but I just can't refund the money because I do not trust him and the strap is still in transit!!

If it was lost in transit, I would do it.. but I can't just issue the refund from my point of view.

I once shipped a pam to California from NYC using registered mail and it took 3 weeks. Along the way, I stayed in communication with the buyer and after 2 weeks, he said he bought another watch. I issued him a full refund. A week later, the watch turned up on his front steps. He was nice enough to send the watch back. Case closed.

Stay patient.. I am sure everything will work itself out.

Why would anyone expect to get a refund without the goods? We all know how USPS
works, thats why I charge more, but I use UPS for anything out of the country. The scam is to get you to issue a refund, and he keeps the strap. How you gonna collect then? Nope, not me. No ticky, No laundry. I'd also tell him pissing you off isn't gonna help matters, it's beyond your control. Just sayin.

You've got the right attitude.

If $170 is so important to this clown I'd let him have it.

Nature wasn't kind to him as it was to you.

Having a sense of basic humanity is worth a damn site more than this empty shell's $170.

Let him choke on it.

Thank you, PGAPRO. I agree with you.

Apparently, he received the strap 3 days ago and today he requested the payment charge-back to his CC company as it was an unauthorized transaction.

I got an email from Paypal that I need to provide information for backing up my side. I have all relevant evidences so I had no problems.

But, I was so disappointed that he was such a person who does not have integrity and dignity. And Why am I dealing with this lame boy to waste my time... Aghhhhh

This guy is fast and loose with his reasoning.

Unauthorised transaction implies an instance of Ebay / Paypal account hacking.

If Paypal weren't so ...... you'd have thought they'd take a dim view of this guy making such serious accusations unfounded.

As this is a public forum and it is hard not to say any foul words in any threads because i am getting upset.. lol

This guy is testing my patience and I don't care about his precious 170. As I can provide further information to paypal or his CC Com, and all emails so.. I hope that Paypal and the CC company know how to figure out the facts and truths, which are not hard to figure it out at all!!

If I lose, I will think that I did a donation for the poors.. It's not a big deal. Just frustrated that I am wasting my time and thoughts on the worthless

Wow, sounds like the guy is total scum. I hope you are able to prove your case and get his complaint and request for charge back thrown right back in his face
