Is this an authentic OEM strap?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer...wanted a second/third/fourth opinion though.



Note: it's not mine, nor am I selling it or endorsing its sale in any way. I'm trying to do some homework before I do something stupid.

Yes, looks oem. Would be better if the strap is out of the packaging to be really certain...

I think my main concerns are that I can't find that reference code anywhere, that I never knew Panerai to make a 24/24 strap that didn't have a sewn-in buckle, and it has round holes.

I suspect it might be a fake. Normally the holes are not round but bullet shaped.

Agreed, I've never seen anything but oval holes on OEM.

i don't have warm and fuzzies...the hide just looks wrong on the OEM...the OEM vintage line has less gloss...and the hole is all wrong...

It looks different on the points you mention from my OEM vintage....
Wouldn't go for it.
