Explorer 36m too small?

36 is too small for me. (7.25 wrist and pretty broad shoulders).

The good news is a 39mm Exp I can be found with relative ease and in good shape. A trusted seller (Ocwatchguy) just sold a mint 124270 for $8.7

I have an 8 inch wrist and normally wear my Pelagos 42mm. I recently tried on a vintage two tone Datejust 36mm and was in love. I loved the fit and look.

That surprises me. I have a 7 inch wrist, normally wear 40/41mm. I tried one on and laughed at how silly I looked wearing one.

Maybe it’s just my perception
